Teen Depression (2)

It's morning. You wake up. You go to school. You put a smile and you meet your friends. You smile. You laugh. You are happy. You go back to home. Then everything seems to you so...sad. You were acting. And now...you are sad. You feel left,alone. You want to go to your bed cry and listen to sad music all day. *

(*If you or anybody you know has some emotional tentions tell that to someone older)

You just want everything like it was when everything was to easy,too simple. You feel like you are the only one that feels like that. 

But NO! You are not alone! 

A lot of teenagers are feeling the same way.

You are not alone . I know, that you don't want them. All those demons on your head are eating you from your inside. You don't want them. You want them to go away,like they came. You want to feel free again. It's hard, but not imposible . You need to talk to someone...

But you are afraid...afraid of calling you "dramatic" or "attention seeker". But you have to. You should talk to someone. You have to express your feelings, your thoughts.

You can do a lot of things:

•Talk to someone...it's the most hard,but best solution...it's for your best

•Draw..... draw what you feel. Draw what you want. Draw what you can't tell. And then watch what you did. Is that really you?

•Write.....You are a shy,not attention,character. Keep a diary,a small book, or a blog and write your feelings. On web there are other people who have get through this whole situation and they ae happy now. They can help you . But they can hurt you too. They can hurt you more. so I don't think that it's a good idea internet...

People reading that,might think that all those people with depressions are just some weak creeps. But NO! They are NOT! They don't want atttention. They just want to be confident with themsves because it is NOT them who they try to kill themseves. There are other people behind them that cause this. It's not them . They are the victims and you should respect them. You should help them . 

The loneliest people are the kindest.

The saddest people smile the brightest.

The most damaged people are the wisest.

All because they do not wish to see anyone else suffer the way they do.

All because of that. They don't want you to suffer the way they do. They are brave . Because you call it Depression and Suicide . I call it WAR! And you have to win!

Teen Depression (1)

Those days....actually those weeks...I just feel ...confused. I don't know why...I think, I think, I think.... I don't know what... I am just brOKen... I am empty. I feel all the time alone. Like, I wanna talk to someone so I will forget my sad life, but when I go to school I just...close my mouth... I sart avoiding everyone and anything... I don't find a single thing funny anymore. I wanna cry all day and hug my pillow. I wanna sleep at nights and never woke up again. Do you know how that called? Depression...
DEPRESSION...TEEN DEPRESSION. People just say. She's overreacting. She is a teen she can't be depressed. Well obviously,we can . The last two weeks... I just feel like crying..the whole day... I am just a depressed teen. And I know the why. I feel lonely. I feel like noone cares. I feel like I need a boyfriend because all of my new friends are talking about their boyfriends. But I know why...why I feel like that. I miss my friends. My school. I miss every popular bitch and every jerk.... I miss everybody. I hadn't realised the fact that I have change school,until two weeks ago when I meet my old classmates again... than...from that day...

I just felt like dying!! Do you know how I realised that?How I realised that I was not just a normal not-having-fun teengaer? Well here are the facts:
•Sadness....If you are always on a bad mood . You are more sad than even. You just can't be happy.
•Complains about pains...mostly headaches and stomachaches
•Fast lost or gain fat
•Sleep...If you sleep more hours or less hours than you did and can't sleep at night or can't wake up at morning
•Rebellious behavior... mostly to parents or just family
•Sudden drop in grades
•Difficulty making decissions
•Difficulty concertaitring
•Memory loss
Well all these were the basics.And aparrently...I'm having all these syptoms. And thinking about death has no fun. I just...don't know what to do. If everybody friend or family member has all these just give them help . Ask them what's happening . But tell them "Everything is gonna be OK" ..no...cause you are not them . You don't know what they are living. You don't know what I am living. What you should do is just trying to make them laugh the whole time. If they are at a start level like me just puss them to admit you what they are living. They feel like they are worthless and don't deserve nothing. If they are in a start level like me just try to make them laugh all the time. It's the only occur. If things are getting worse you have to talk to their parents . They need to go to a specialist/doctor. For their best...
They need to talk to someone...me?well I can't tell that. I just can't. I feel like my parents wont understand me. I think that if I tell them they are gonna tell me that I am...an alien...I just can't. I just right things. To a teen blog. That noone is gonna suspect that this is me...Noone cause first of all...I don't have true friends... if I had....just... look at my eyes.Is that happiness?I might say that I am ok but behind every ok the is a BRokEN...If you are a true friend just help your friends. Help them .Don't tell them Its gonna be ok.Because it's not. It's not happening to you . Don;t trust them if  they smile. Because girls with the prettiest smile are having the saddest story to tell!
Just hug your friend...and tell them that you are gonna be with them untill the end.That you are gonna help them.And then let them cry.Cauz that is true friend.
If I had true friends.I would want them to do that. Just that!

First of all I am soo soo sooooooooo sorry that I haven't post anything the last 3 or 4 days....as you know of course I'm moving out and I'm a little lot stressed about how to do ''deal'' with that fact...and besides for the next 2 weeks I wont have internet connect...big story ...actually we have to wait until they connect our phone or something like that...and internet I'll have again at the 13/9 until the next day...and then at 22? until...forever...I hope I'll be alive until that...although I'm seeing myself beiing in the hospital cauz of low internet conect.....so wish me good luck...

I'm so excited....One Direction's new album Fourth is realised in November(I think) But since yesterday we can all buy it on iTunes....isn't that fascinating?Well personally I'm like... "Now I can die in peace" and...yeah..that... Hello readers!
What'up? Hello my sweet sweet Greek,USA,British, Oukranie and Poles readers(as I can see) . I can't believe it how many readers WE've reached! Thanks a lot cauz all of these happened in order to your help so I own you a biiiig THANK YOU!

Anyway, I found a little problem on my previous blog, I couldn't see the comments you're leaving, so I create a new one(tothat point I have to say a big OMG help u so much,to the guy who created the copy-paste cauz without thiw I'd be dead by now from writing all those post I've wrote to my previous blog) and all the posts from the previous blog are here now.
I think that I've done grat job for you not finding any difference between the two blogs(okay that was actually pretty much....easy...but..) I hope you'll love it as much you do with the previous blog!

Good month, good ... automn maybe ... ? Good week and good Monday (yeap,like there's any ''good'' Monday xd)  Anyway automn came in! Summer is over :'(
Don't be sad ... summer might be ... awesome PARTY ALL NIGHT on our laptops with headphones wantching movis and fangirling like crazy...oh and eating like a whale.... BUT it's over . Well ... now as I

have said plenty of times school is starting so we have to realise it and keep moving ... we don't have to let this sad information to ruin our ... day...or week...or month..or year...awww what am I talking this sh*t has ruined my life . But again remeber that you'll see again your BFF , your friends and of cource your diva-enemies who think that they're the best . Are you sick of all those? Me? Since I as born ... so you should just try to impress the m to make them jealous to make them believe that they're not the president of the universe cauz every girl inside her has a hidden princess which is ten times better than all those others...remember the queen always wins xd

About nails  .... I'd choose something simple ... just a color not with

Weird-true things teen girls say (1)

It's true that we,teen girls always say some weird,funny things.... it's not a secret....

Well sometimes they're true ... so true .... but sometimes they're just ...Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?

Anyway let's start cayz in a few minutes my fave movie is starting:

1)Poburty .... ok that's true .... just see Georgie Henley then and now or Harry styles (a funny creppy pic from high school with glasses)then and now ,cameron dalla then and now . Ok I do not know how that happened but they 've been hitten by puberth right through the head like a wrecking ball... no doubt about that. Well, then there's me where I think that I  skipped that part of puberty where I bbecome hotter or just more attractive . That's so true!

2)What if the air we breath is not something hat we can't live without? What if air is a drug that we've been taking since we were born so we're addicted to that and we can't live with out that only cauz we're addicted to air?To drug?So we're drug addicts?That's ... I don't know if it's true or nor but it's really funny XD

3)I don't have nothing to wearrrrr! I'm gonna be social death! Oh nooooo..... *three minutes later* why my closet is soooo small? Νothing fits in there!Or....I have nothing to read(NOT school books) Oh no...... while we have like ... a whole room named library with more than 5000 books in there and have 1000 books waiting in the corner to be read by someone....

4)Most of the year teen girls be like: I want this , and that , and OMG what is that?I don't know but it looks so cute! Oh and that weird thing over there...it's awesome right?Me near my Birthday and Christmas: I CANNOT THINK A SINGLE THINK I WANT! That's so true...it's like a blackout....like a totally blackout....c'mon am I the only one?

5)Am I the only one that gets dissapointed when at their birthday month in the calendar the picture is like ... worst than my drawings? Is for rubbish?The only one???

My world

Ok that's not like ... a new blog-post ... it's like a facebook post cauz I just wanted to write that...
Where as you problamy know I'm moving out ... so today I go to my new house .... well I got mad with my mother or something like that ... anyway so we go out for a walk at the new mall in my new neighbourhood...

So... we were walking until I saw this .... Claire's ... for the girls who don't know ... Claire's is on of the few stores in my town where they sell One Direction stuff . My thoughs:
1)Claire's....at...I know that...it's in my fav list...wow!
2)One Direction!My husbands are here .... mom I can't even breathe...need a doctor ... need help..
3)Oh my god.... what the hell is this?What the hell is that?Eveything is ...awesome
4)OMG glasses's case one direction?Headphones and headphone splittter One Direction??
5)Damn it... iphone case 1D...mom are you ready gonna gonna get it? ... C'mon lets go and buy an iphone(My brand-new phone is rubbish in front of this case XD)
6) Only got twenty dollars in my pocket....
Ok...my day at first was .... a lot of sad.... but then ... I came into my world....I was like ... "and now I can die happily..." I actually didn't buy nothing... BUT there's a reason ... I'm saving money until summer so I can buy the whole 1D stuff in the store...nice plan huh?
Well.... as you can see by your own ... I'm a big Directioner so today I just... I just... I can't even talk...well yeap I was like "This is my world!" and my mom next to me was like "We're never going shoppin again...the hell is she even doing? I'm not sure this girl is a human ..." Yeap ... I know that I was a liitle crazy .. I know ... but I have never meet them before in real life... soo... even a picture can make my day ...
And  then when we left from the mall...with me extra-full-excited I left the music playing in blaring and then the song alive came and my mom said "Wait , I like this song" and I was like.... yeap ...feel the music feel the music....I'm so proud of her (I've teached her well XD)

Anyway... I hope you enjoyed my happiness cauz if you where excited for your idol , I would be happy (I don't hate over others cauz I just realize that I'm 10000 times worse than them so I can't gudge them ...but if you 'll ever mess up with my idols I'm gonna find you XD)

Music ♪♥

I don't know why but lately I've been something like obsessed with writing....
Maybe that's why when I grow up I wanna be an author (also I wanna be a singer, a dancer , a Victoria secret model , a designer , a busness-woman , and an architect ) .
Anyway now it's like 12:02 p.m and I'm really bored so...that's something that everyone cares about: It's MUSIC . Just a simple word ... with so many .... things .... There are a lot of kinds of music like:
Classical , country , jazz , latin , punk , rock , hip hop , rap , R&B , metal and my favourite POP .

They said that music is just something like a ''motivation'' that helps you relax but it's not that simple . Music is maybe the best way to relax and escape from the real life ... to ''escape '' from anything sad that completly ruined your day ... to forget that one person who just have a reason to live : makes you sad ...  music makes you forget everything and everyone .
Just put your headphones on your head and then listen to music , to your favourite song ... you wont hear nothing except from that ... you'd feel like you 're the only person in the world and noone can hurt you anymore . But we don't hear music only when we're sad ... ok although some people ( like me for example XD) are ALWAYS sad ....anyway we have ... several moods ,... like happy , sad , excited , angry ..... for example when we are sad (broke up with  bf or something like that) we hear sad music .... depressed .. heart-breaking music as I called them.... when we're cooking or cleaning we hear a song that makes us ... MOVE IT MOVE IT (but watch out not to burn the house with the cooking) and when we're stuDYING we should hear some slow music with no lyricks so the song wont distruct us (ok that's never gonna happenned but I just...wanted to say that XD) .
We can also hear music when we ''dream'' about some fake(never gonna happened) future realities ... I mean imagine .... Some people hear jazz , some people hear rock .... ok some people believe that rock only relax doesn't give you but that's a personal interest and you can't do nothing about that. Some people prefer rap , some others prefer country music .... and then there are the people "I don't have a favorite category" ....but that doesn't matter . For my my favorite is pop so it's like a treasure for my (like rap is my BFF's treasure) .But the point is that every "category" is special for us and it (for sure) constitutes a treasure for us ....

Being the new girl

Hello  !
Well today I'll write about being the new kid ... Well everybody (or most of us) heve been at least for one time ''the new kid" and well ... that's really dissapointing ... Personally I've changed school a lot of times (when I was 2 ,5 , 10 , 12 and now at 14 ,) and I've always made friends (although my best friend I meet her at elementary school and we are still talking) anyway but now I'm going 9th grade and at this age the other kids are not as friendly as they used to be the previous times so now is a little bit despressing thinking that you wont know noone and you wont made any friends cauz everybody has made his own BFF.

Well we may said a lot of times "I wanna change school" or something like that cayz we can't stand somestupid classmates and teachers ... but seriously now if you had the chance , would you change school?NO... well but  now I'm talking about those kids who must change school for their parents work or something like that
First of all I am talking to you guys , when you see for example a new student sitting alone , don't know anyone just go talk to them ... it's not that hard .... if you don't like them ok in few days he/she 'll made some others friends and everything will be fine...
And now ... if you are ''the new kid" as I'm gonna be here are some advices that will may help you:
1) Be yourself. You don't have to act like a crazy diva only cayz you want the popular kids notice you ... in the end you're gonna be the ''fake loser''
2) Don't be shy ... ok that's something really important but if you are like me it's something like ... impossiple ...just give a try
3) When you go to class do not sit in the end if you want to be noticed . In the end "the student's I wanna work at mc donalts when I grow up" in the front ''the students I'm sooo smart" and in the middle .... well you know...you get te point ... I suggest you to sit somewhere like ... in the middle cauz that gonna make other believe that you're not the shy one and you are the socializable type
4)For example at the lab don't be afraid to go to someone and say "Hey ... I'm new here do you wanna be my partener?" or in the halls just ask someone that you like -as friend always- "I'm new here and I'm a little confused can you help me find the spanish class please?" It works
5)Smile( ok with some limits the smile) and be kind (but watch out don't be a slave some people misandersood or even worst exploit your kindness) Just  sufffice to ''please'' and "thanks"
6)The firstimpression is really important so you just have to be perfect! High school students are really ... judgemental?? or something like that....so at first the previous night sleep at least 8 hours cauz you don't have to hide all these black bags under your eyes . Now the morning just take a bath and were the perfect clothes...something simple and casual but still perfecet .. then make your hair and the last think is makeup ..don't put a lot ... just a little.... Personally I prefer the real me than the "clown" me
7)If you want just join aclb or a team ... for example if you like sportss go to sports ... well my mom wants to put me to a sport team although I hate sports ...but I love volleyball...only volley! So I'm gonna join a volley team ... so then I'm gonna be sorrounded by girls in the same age with the same interests so in there I might find my future BFF ... so that you should also do!
8) Internet....without that you're gonna be social dead....yeap...(facebook if you know...)
9) Don't flirt with anyone you see standing in front of you cayz then you've made a reservation for a flight (a class) to the hell

Well...these was my advices ... cauz spill by mistake your water (BY MISTAKE) to the hot guy you just meet does not always works....
I hope I help you cauz in 10 days school  is starting and although I look ... confident I'm totally freaking out....I AM FREACKING OUT!!
